EU & UK Shipping

 Currently, we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the EU and UK. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, rara does not ship orders to post office boxes.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. An Post is our standard carrier for shipping.

FREE Standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout on all orders.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days depending on the below deadlines:

• Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM GMT to start processing on next day
• 2 Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 1 PM GMT to start processing the same day. Orders received after 1 PM GMT or on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day 
• During peak holiday and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer 

International Shipping

 For international delivery we use DHL. Price for international shipping depends on the recipient’s shipping address and is calculated during checkout.

 

Order Tracking

 When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.
